This is set to be a 31 story 295ft mix use condo and retail development on Washington av between 13th and Broad Street.
I can't find a useable rendering but this is where it will rise here http://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF8&ll=39.938299,-75.165153&spn=0.001839,0.003616&t=k&z=18&om=1

when pigs fly.
 yeah, people were saying that about NoLibs 6 years ago. People were saying that about Broad & Cecil B. Moore 3 years ago.
The BV Lofts already happened. The Marine Club has been around for years. It's not a pioneering venture.

Well now they can say it about far south Broad too. And your right, the marine club has been languishing there for years.

Far South Broad? At Broad & Washington? That's like saying Fairmount Ave. is the far north. Marine Club languishing? It went condo two years ago, prices have been steadily rising there since. Passyunk Square, Grad. Hospital, and Bella Vista are hardly pauperville. Either you don't live in the city or you never venture out of the Vine-South cocoon.

Wrong on both counts. If I wasn't familier with the area I wouldn't offer an opinion. But we can disagree, it's ok and time will tell what happens down there.

All of the Aramark tenants are pulling out when their leases are up. You can disagree, it's OK and time will tell what happens up there.
Normally when people make an assertion such as "[that project will get built] when pigs fly" they back it up with some facts or some sort of insider information. A few examples: "I work for PCPC and this project is nowhere near groundbreaking because of xyz" or "i work for L&I and there's no way they're getting permits for what they're proposing" or "i work for ABC pension fund. They shopped their proposal here last week and it's totally effed. They're never going to get money for this thing"
When offering an opinion one might say, "the condo market is in the shitter, this project is too much all at once, there's no way they will be able to draw enough tenants to make this viable, etc, etc,"
Otherwise you're just a troll.

Otherwise you're just a troll. If you were a regular here you would know me and you would have seen my opinion of this area expressed ad nauseam and all the reasons why.
