this project is behind scedule, my friends moving date was originally Sept 07, then got moved to December 07, and by looking at the progress I dont think anyone will be moving in untill the spring:shrug:

Last I heard the move in date was December 07. However, I believe that you are right, it could be after that.

I understand that some people will be moving in within 2 weeks...I'm sure construction activity will be going full bore now.

There were STILL people working at this place today, but it looks like people have moved in (I can see some items on balconies on the left side).

I must say, for a public housing project, this isn't too shabby.

Who said this was public housing...it meets the affordability criteria as in you must prove you make less than "X"...and if you dont you pay back the development charge.

It is an 'affordable' housing project and not 'public' housing. I believe if you earn too much you end up paying back the funding allocation that this project qualified for from the City and the Province.

I believe that the condominium for this project was registered this week.
