-UBC Golf Course given to the Musqueam Nation, will remain a public golf course for 75 more years.
-8.5 hectares of Pacific Spirit Park adjacent the golf course that can be rezoned and developed as high density low-rise market housing immediately.
-15.5 hectares of Pacific Spirit Park that will remain as a park but be owned by the Musqueam.
-The 7 hectares of land where the River Rock Casino is. The casino will continue to operate but it will likely have to pay the Musqueam for the use of the land.
This is not a treaty settlement.
Instead it is a land claim settlement and punishment over the Province's failure to consult the Musqueam when it sold the UBC Golf Course to UBC despite it being land claimed by the Musqueam.
