Some of what's coming...
Time Tower, next condo tower infill over 20 stories for Columbus
http://cll.bizjournals.com/story_image/82939-400-0.jpg?rev=2

I hope everyone enjoyed a catch-up on the central city development in Columbus the last few years. :) I tried to be as thorough as possible, but there's many developments (some large, a few smaller) I didn't get this in this round.

Yes, the reason Columbus has so much infill is its neighborhoods, downtown most has been fueled by tax incentives, but the neigborhoods just north and south of downtown have been gentrified for a decade or longer, so the condo boom, has enabled the private sector to really just start to infill the neighborhoods to the max.

Now most infill downtown is not totally market driven yet, a lot of condo development is a mix, but it didnt really start to get going until 2004, downtown. The city started to offer tax abatements to residential units in downtown around 02.

I was wondering, does Columbus have any suburban skylines?
