There was a lot covered re: Congress Centre, Concert Hall and transit, so I though a summary would be useful in one place.

I didn't really catch everything, so maybe someone else could summarize? :)

Seems like everything was passed with a few people sitting awkwardly due to the giant sticks lodged in their nether regions. Diane Holmes literally wore Tibetan poncho meets Jackson Pollock. :haha: :P
