Unless I caught them on a bad day... I found Craves cake too dryed out like 3 day old bread, the icing was average at best, not to mention the customer service to be nothing more than common bitches!

Magnolia in New York is light years better, and Dean & Deluca's Red Velvet cupcake is fucking outstanding!

I've had better cupcakes than Crave in Calgary as well... Babycakes Cupcakes, a small outfit that does partys and weddings is by far better.

I've bought crave cupcakes once when they were definitely like 3 day old bread (the vanilla ones) but usually they're really moist. Probably caught them on a bad day.
