Thanks for the reply Its. The project is dense for suburbia.

It looks pretty impressive for a smaller city, but it's located near the big mall and a bunch of big box stores. Traffic is already a nightmare, and this won't help that situation.

I'm curious about this project. Are there any renderings available for the finished project? My wife and I live in downtown Philadelphia and we like to take Sunday drives to different places. We are looking forward to visiting Annapolis this spring.

^ Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but this is the developers site which has renderings and models and other info. If you do decide to stop by, there is a sales center just off Riva Rd.

Thank you for posting all the photos. It looks like it's going to be a great place based on the builders depictions and your photos. I live in Anne Arundel county just south of the Baltimore County line. I do not own a GPS and I can't find this place on Mapquest or Yahoo! maps. However, I believe I have a correct address. It is 1915 Town Center Blvd. in Parole. Is it completed yet? Also, I don't know if you can help me but, can you tell me how to find it from SB I-97?

How does Maryland get developers to build tall mixed-use stuff like this?

No developer in Illinois would even try something this tall in suburbia, unless it's an office tower surrounded by parking lots.
