I understand Tom Gaglardi and Ryan Beatty have filed an appeal in the Aquilini lawsuit matter.

Have they a chance to get the judge's Decision overturned? Would this appeal be filed with the Provincial or Federal Court of Appeal?

How long in months can an appeal last? Can it last as long as the original lawsuit?

What percentage of appeals are successful?
