I launched Google Earth for the first time in a while and thought Portland looked different. Sure enough, new Portland imagery was part of the Feb. 19th update (http://google-latlong.blogspot.com/2008/02/where-in-world-is-answers.html). New construction shows up in the north Pearl and South Waterfront.

If you check
1. NE 28th and E Burnside Portland, Or (After demolition, before excavation)
2. SE Grand ave and E Burnside Portland, Or (Before excavation)
3. NW Naito Parkway and NW 9th ave Portland, Or (Mistral & Azure cranes)
