Maybe he got frustrated trying to figure out the correct tags to post the photo.

Pistola916, underneath your photo in imageshack, click on the little box that says "forum" and it will generate the correct code for you. Out to the side - where it says "Thumbnail Mode" click "yes" if you want your photos to show up as clickable thumbnails and you'll get this:
