They would have been famous for their wings and fins near the top.
How tall were they supposed to be ? 320-380 m ?

I truly have no idea but these date from many decades ago (the Anhalter train station is still there)

When where most of these proposed?
I don't know if it's a loss or not... Hard to say. Something like that could really ruin the character of a European neighbourhood, and some of the designs are quite questionable.
