You can see some of the buildings at the beginning of the video, but you get a good shot of downtown at 2:53 - 2:58 and at 3:30ish and then even better at 4:02 - 4:15.

Its Manhattan. You can see the Zebra building when it begins.

Definitely New York. You can see the Empire State Building at 3:31 and 4:12.
