According to a post on another site, dirt work has already begun on this new TOD mixed used development in Lewisville, near I-35E and 121. The announced opening is Fall of 2009.
Looks like 1700 apartment units, office space and retail on 59 acres to be built by the future DCTA (Denton County Transportation Authority) commuter rail line. That DCTA line, scheduled to open in 2011, will run from downtown Denton, South through Lewisville and to the Trinity Mills station in Carrollton where it will connect with DART's green line. Hebron 121 Station will also have a DCTA bus station opened in '09.
