Just noticed the Evo 2 coming soon sign has been painted over...as has been the pricepoint, website and phone number signs....its interesting the sign was painted over and not taken down completely so wondering if something is going on at the property? anyone heard anything?

With any luck it'll be a tower that more consistent with the massive office project slated for next door.

I guess evo2 is out....a new sign has gone up calling the project " the brookland" and to be starting up this summer...if you go to the website it has the old evo2 graphics so wondering if someone just bought out the project

At least Evo is a woodframe lowrise project, it will probably be torn down within 20 years... maybe less considering the state of disrepair many woodframe walkups are in this city.
