BTW I dont know if its ever been posted but across the street from the Holt Renfrew on the corner of Kent and Queen their is an application process sign stating the development of THREE 17 story towers.

I know the sign on the property which is a parking lot, has had a brookfield property sign stating 550k sqf for sometime, But I dont know how long the white city of ottawa sign has been their, its hidden and at ground level underneath the development sign.

I know the brookfield office is in the Place De Ville building so I might go buy sometime and try to get renderings or something, does anyone know whats expected of these three (most lily Identical) towers... it sure sucks to ahve these high restrictions here, its been getting old for all 15 years ive lived here

Shame, I always hoped the City would buy the site for underground parking and a plaza at street level (I have a rich fantasy life, I know!)

It is a massive lot, id be happy with one new trendsetting tower something at about 400 feet and 35-40 floors to start Ottawa's climbing up hopefully :D, and with 1 tower isntead of three their would be plenty of room for a plaze or something.... we all dream oldtimer

There's a thread on it here - the first phase is supposed to be 20 floors, supposedly (don't hold yer breath).

To add more residential density to the area the developer should put condos on top.We need a new tallest, the skyline is boring.
