and Lenin, it has been growing very quickly. in fact it was canada's fastest growing city last year, with growth rate of almost 11%.

bt: it's the westside of kelowna, british columbia. we're really just a suburb of kelowna, but now we've incorporated into a city. and, it may look pristine from above, but the "downtown" area is a dump. unfortunately there's only been rhetoric for years about what to do with the problems.

We are about 3.5 hours east of Vancouver, and 6.5 west of Calgary. I assume you're talking about Westbank, and not Kelowna?
