Ik heb de jaartallen veranderd. Zeg, heb jij er vrede mee als ik de hoogteschatting voor deze flats naar beneden aanpas? Voor een oude flat als deze is een vloerhoogte van 3 meter veels te hoog. Je ziet het ook aan de city-lijst van Rotterdam, waar al deze flats qua hoogte gelijk staan met nieuwe flats met 15 verdiepingen of oude flats met 16 verdiepingen. Zelf denk ik dat deze flats zo'n 45 meter hoog zijn incl dakopbouw.

Zou je je tekeningen willen aanpassen? Je kunt de tekeningen makkelijk aanpassen door een verdieping overal af te halen.

You're absolute right, but many buildings in that part of Rotterdam (district Prins Alexander) were completed early 1970's. So 1972 sounds reasonable. And indeed I have to admit that it is quite unlikely that all these apartments buildings were completed within the same year.

And the source, there are six other highrises in this hood(example http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=13975), they are all build in 1972. I found also at google a rowhouse that's built in 1971.
