32-units. Has Elevators.

Has a Grocery Store almost next door. (Price Chopper)

Site is a bit weak on the transit front - unless you walk to Jean D'arc and the 174.

^Or catch routes 33, 34, 127, or 130 that pass about a block away? You're right though; none of these routes has the frequency of the 95.

The two expresses help. I had forgotten about those. The 127 and 130 I believe are both only 1/2 hour routes.

Yeah, and I think there are plans to cut service on the 127... again.

I don't think any of the architects went to France. They were probably just drunk on the wine designing it.
