Wouldn't be surprised if it is cause what you see on the picture is the old city.
Preservation perhaps ?

Sometimes in Brasil, people tell me that there is a bridge in Lisboa that reminds them of the GG Bridge. It's even red.(Except the GG is "international orange")

Sometimes in Brasil, people tell me that there is a bridge in Lisboa that reminds them of the GG Bridge. It's even red.(Except the GG is "international orange")If you ask me Lisbon bridge looks more like Oakland Bay Bridge ( the old one )

Looks like Cali or Bogota, maybe Lima, somewhere in the Andes.

At first I thought Monterray but I'm going to go with La Paz, Bolivia, because I think I've seen those mountains in photos of the city before.

It seems like the only difference is the "X" braces.
That's why it looks more like the western span of the Bay Bridge which has X braces--but is painted gray.

I think you've got it. Look at these two buildings in Santiago. I think you can spot them in the far left of the original image.

I believe you are correct. Santiago would have been my guess too.
