How could the first two buildings be built, if the construction date is 2009?

2009 is the "finished" date, not start date.

The websites are already included and the la jolla commons site has a webcam of the finished building.

The last few months are interior work. The outside looks finished but the inside isn't. It isn't finished until they have a grand opening and the tenants move in.

I have changed year of competion of two first buildings to 2009, status was left as construction.
