Why do they keep building short buildings in this area.?

Also, the building looks great in the front (and back), but it looks ugly from the sides.

the sides...
I think need to wait for the project is completed !

I went to Brown Sugar the other day and walked by this building. I dont understand why it is built so far back from the street. Are they planning on doing a really nice court yard?

Not sure, but client wants to put a Art museum on the ground level.

visually striking! I love how the black glass contrasts the concrete, makes it look like a stone was split in half to reveal the crystal inside :)

the small windows on the side remind me of the bathroom windows in some homes. look odd for a skyscraper.
