Also called the St. Charles City Hall. This city hall has an octogonal bell tower.

Location: St. Charles, IL
Built: September 1, 1940
Designed by R. Harold Zook and D. Coder Taylor
Cost: 250,000

The building height is 84 feet.
When I say the cost is 250,000 I mean $250,000.
Of course, the use is city hall.
