中悅藝文特區二期 is a project by local company. I really do not know how they call in english. Maybe, they never make any english name.

the two lower buildings are for residentail and the higher one is for office.

This is a current design, I am very disappointed with this kind of commonplace design. I can not find any advancement for this one of the largest developers in Taoyuan.
