Portland is very underrepresented on the 'City Compilations' forum. I was thinking of doing something a little different and clustering together all the projects under construction and proposed. Something like this:

Man... seeing all those together like that makes Portland's new construction seem like a bunch of boring glass boxes! What is the 4th picture from the left on the top row and the 1st picture on the left side of the 3rd row?

The first building you're talking about is the Cosmopolitan and the other is the Convention Center Hotel.

looks good. feel free to start a new one I can merge it with the one pdxstreetcar started a while ago if you want or you can start anew.

Starting from the top row of renderings, it looks like these are definitely under construction: PAW, Mirabella, First & Main....then ZGF and Ladd.
Any others of these under construction?.....Nice job on these! :previous:

why would you not include the Oregon Sustainability Center in that mix?

also, both the Derek Hanna led projects will NEVER happen. he owes way to many people (designers) money for those things, and no longer returns calls or emails.
