What buildings in the CBD do you think are outdated, and would be likely candidates in the not-so distant future for redevelopment?

I think one of them is called the "Fuller" Building...I think it's on the North side of Albert, between Wellington and Metcalf. There is also another building similar to this one down on Slater too.

There are a bunch in the south end of the downtown North of Somerset, but I forget the names or street names...

As for your question, I think there's a lot of buildings downtown that are hideous.. that blank wall of buildings on the south side of Albert between Bank and O'Connor, for one.

I've said it many times that something needs to be done about that hideous green and grey 'sidescraper' on the NW corner of Bank and Albert. It's so visible from a number of key vantage points. I've mentioned the blank face of the Lithwick building in the past and, though dissapointing, at least it is not visible from any important places downtown.

I've never even noticed it, and I passed there every day.
