The trail stretches from the Bruce Trail or Mount Albion Falls at the top to Barton Street at the bottom with an planned extention to the Waterfront trail, with the pedestrian bridge.
There are several places to park at the top around the corner above the Glendale Golf course. The #4 bus starts here and if you want to bus it.
There are two golf course nearby so the area is very well maintained .
If you are driving there is parking just off the RedHill at Lawrence and King there is a entrance to a fair size secluded parking lot directly across from Mount Albion bridge over the RedHill.
There is a parking lot beside the Rosedale arena where the 5C (Rosedale) bus starts or follow the road behind there into the valley. Cross the pedestrian bridge and go up into the woods.
There is so much here in the city to enjoy. We have to concentrate on our plus's
Try this for a walk with your family it is a wide hard packed trail.
Note: this is basically the same trail as before the road just improved and the water route is better planned.
