A vos conclusions...

Bon, ben, au moins on peut voir qu'il a eu en masse de fun le temps que ça a duré.
Même si la facture pourrait s'avérer assez salée!

Montreal man in alimony case doesn't believe in marriage
Marriage is simply "not his cup of tea," says a multimillionaire Montreal man embroiled in a high-stakes alimony lawsuit pitting him against his ex-girlfriend, who is the mother of his three children.
The businessman, who can't be named under Quebec family law, took the stand under oath in Superior Court Thursday in the closely watched court case involving his ex-common-law wife of 10 years.
The 35-year-old woman launched a constitutional challenge seeking millions of dollars from her ex and $56,000 in monthly alimony, even though Quebec's legal system only mandates spousal payments for couples who have been legally married.
The case could set an important precedent in a province where more than a third of couples are not legally wed.
During his testimony Thursday, the man said his ex lives in a $2.5 million home he owns in an upscale Montreal neighbourhood, with their three children.
He currently pays $35,000 a month in child support, and provides a driver, two nannies, and a tutor for the children.
He told the court he does not believe in marriage, and never has, which is why he never married his former girlfriend.
He said he believes Quebec law should allow him to cohabitate without legal commitments required under marriage.
Quebec family law does not require alimony to be paid when common-law relationships end, but child support is mandatory.
Quebec's civil code differs from the rest of Canada, where after a certain period of cohabitation, the law generally grants common-law couples rights similar to those of married couples.

Hey that dude made over a billion dollars with that stupid circus ,I'm sure he can afford to pay out 50 million (after all he had 3 kids with that super hot chick) What I can't believe is that people are still paying good money to see your average cirque du crap borefest.

The Quebec tabloids must be pissed that they can't publish this crap. Maybe they can.. just put a photoshopped bag over his head with a question mark on it.

La Presse Chopped his head in this morning paper. Well, actually you can see his chin. And that's enough to recognize him ;)

If the public pretty much already knows who it is. Then how can the court enforce a publication ban? The secret is already out, let it go.
Gossip queen Perez Hilton has already covered it !

They were talking about the trial on Tout le monde en parle last night, and I thought it was funny when Guy A. said, 'we do not have the liberty (la liberté to speak about the people involved'.. I'm pretty sure that was on purpose.
