It would be interesting to submit photos of places across canada taken at the same time. I propose that at exactly 2 PM eastern time (11AM pacific, 12 Mountain, 1PM Central, 3PM Atlantic......) Saturday February 21st forumers take pictures of the place they are at and then post. Discussion up to that time but after 2PM eastern time nobody can post unless the post includes pictures. Pictures must be posted by Sunday 2PM eastern time - and then discussion after that.
So, these are the rules:
Discussion is anytime except between 2PM EST Feb 21 and 2PM EST Feb 22
ANy posts within that 24 hour period must only be photos that were taken at 2PM EST February 21st
Photos are to be taken as close to 2PM EST as possible on Feb 21st
Pictures should be a place within the city/town that you in at that time, OUTDOORS - DAILY LIFE - PUBLIC ART - SOMETHING HAPPENING OF SOME SIGNIFICANCE OUTSIDE OR IN A PUBLIC SPACE.
