It is impossible a building of 9 floors to have such big antenna height of 102.5m. If you are considering the Ferris Wheel behind it, it is not sure it is placed atop the building. So i do not see a connection between them. Where this antenna height came from? Cause I do not see any Antenna in those buildings. The maximum for Mall, if I estimate, is for roof 9 * 3.5m = 31.5m, which would be a lowrise.

Please mention better what you mean from heights, with the source, because none here can read Chinese.

The web show "The total elevation is 102.5 meters"

I could not find the English source.

Yes, ok, but is the Ferris Wheel behind or built atop the Mall? Seems behind.

If it is behind, then are separate structures.

If atop, then it is together.

It's build on the roof of the Mall, so it is a part of the building.
