I was just wondering what are some must sees for attractions/ neighborhoods etc?

Also i was wondering where the hot spots for drinking were located in the city, im more into the trendy hipster hangouts.... sooo whatever that means!

I was wondering if there are any cool artist neighborhoods, etc, good venues?

Just give me some cool information and places to check out thanks!

www.urbanohio.com is a start. Click on the "Cincinnati" at the top and explore.

As far as answering your questions:

Attractions: Union Terminal, Carew Tower Observation Deck, Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center, National Underground Railroad & Freedom Center (definately), the Cincinnati Zoo (2nd oldest in the country), and the Art Museum should give you a good start.

Neighborhoods: Over-the-Rhine (stay to the side closer to downtown and go to Findlay Market), Mt. Adams (definately), Hyde Park (definately), Mt. Auburn (for the views and rowhouses), Clifton (funky, college), Northside (gritty bohemian), and downtown for obvious reasons. For across the river, Mainstrasse has great bars, architecture, and beautiful at night in Covington. Also, for residential, check out Mansion Hill in Newport (it's beautiful townhomes) and (of course, sadly) Newport-on-the-Levee (Mall) with views of the skyline.

Good veneus: I don't live in Cincinnati but I know Bogart's, Annie's, and 20th Century are all music venues for the live stuff. Cool artist neighborhoods = Clifton and Northside (both are on the same street, Ludlow Ave, so it makes it easy).
