Hi, new as an actual registered member of Skyscraperpage.com, so not sure if I'm going about this the right way, but want to make a request for a drawing to be done (would like to learn how to do that myself, but don't have the knowledge and maybe not the talent, either!). At any rate, we have a building well under construction here, called The Vue, and I don't see it included in the diagram of Charlotte's highrises, not even when clicking on the "Under Construction" or "Proposed" fields.

The Vue will be approximately 50 stories, and I believe around 577 ft. at the roof. Original design called for two spires which would have taken the height well over 600 ft., but these were cut out to reduce cost. The Vue is going up rapidly now, and should be passing through the 30 story mark at this time.

Ok, I will explain what you have to do for having your building entered.

First, if you looked in database and it is not already there in the city, then you have to request first the bldg, in order to have the bldg card done from some editor:

A) To request the bldg card made for a building not already in database:

For that make this steps, reading thoses threads:

1- http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=149116

After reading it, then you copy & paste this form from this thread here, and fillout the appropriate fields with sources-links for everything.

2- http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=63947

After filling-out the form, then wait until we do the bldg card. Normally the bldg card link is giving here for new members after finished, done.

b) To request a bldg draw and uploaded in bldg card, post your building here:

http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/forumdisplay.php?f=81

C) If you want do the bldg drawing by yourself, then make an illustrator account in diagrams part the site and follow some tipos like that to make an appropriate drawing. See some tips:

http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=147250

The beginning is always hard. Keep doing.

The building is listed on the site...

I was going to draw it last year but I think I was put off by 2 conflicting renders. It does look like an easy building to draw though so I'd be happy to have a go as long as no one else has/is.

The height given on the databas is the original 206.3m that included the spires. As they have been removed, there must be a new height. Now I remember why I didn't draw it last year.

Van, the roof height was estimated as 175m without spires and seems plausible, cause the spires were about 30m. I changed in a way your diagram does not need spires anymore. See the bldg card and upload your diagram... Thanks.
