I'm curious, has Windsor ever entertained the idea of building an LRT network? And on a related note, are there any old maps of the former Windsor Streetcar Railway?

Windsor as much as I like the place, has poor poor transit planning.

The report on ridership growth basically says almost the only people who ride transit in Windsor are captive riders, and the ridership growth plan should just try to attract more captives.

No ideas on how to actually attract choice riders, etc.
