Sweet. Sometimes I sort of miss Delaware; my experience as a twenty-something was tarnished by being at Dover AFB, but aside from USAF frustrations, the area was good. People were kind and friendly, and although the inland topography didn't exactly inspire, the beaches were glorious and Dover wasn't all that far from much of the east-coast metro area.

Yeah, Delaware's terrain is pretty bland compared to pretty much any state, but the beaches are awesome. Having a forgotten state means that we can keep a good amount of people out of our state and save it for people who know (and therefor care) about Delaware.

One thing that I tell people is so great about Delaware, for better or for worse, is that even if you find Delaware kind of boring, we are just a couple hours away from 4 great American cities. How many mid-sized cities can say the same?
