I noticed myself that construction had started there. There has been a hole in the ground for that building for a long time.

I still don't know what this building looks like does anybody have any renders?

that former hole in the ground must go back at least 4 years. good to see that it will be gone.

Just got back to London yesterday and saw the crane there. Anyone have an idea what it will look like? Is it going to be a twin to the tower next to it or something completely different?

Hopefully it won't be a twin as this is already a city of twin towers as it is.

There are seven townhouses on the St. George side with a 12-floor slab tower oriented N-S on the Mill side, next to the existing 17-floor 675 Richmond. The developer is Ayerswood.

This is the Eastern Elevation of the site. Notice that the Townhomes that front onto St. George Street are elevated as the roadway 'dips' to the north.

Damn! Where did you find those?

I'm actually in favor of the design. It completes the transition from high density on Richmond to the low density neighborhood around it.

too bad its such a dumb treatment on the st. george side. i don't think i ever realized that there would be nothing but a retaining wall on the st. george side

They should gather artists from the neighborhood together to produce a mural.
