City staff are recommending approval of a new liquor establishment in the basement under Chill Winstons at 1 Alexander St. The place will be more of a lounge atomsphere and have a capacity of 110. It will be run by the same people currently running Chill. Looks like the Square is living up to it's heritage.:tup:
