A new condo to be built in the Orleans Town Center/Centrum Blvd. area.

Description from the developer:

"Celestia will be a beautiful building of contemporary design with 70 condominiums available. Sizes will range from 648 square feet to over 1500 square feet. Pricing will begin at $227,900. Floor plan designs will include one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den. Grand Opening in June. Stay tuned for more information."

It's very encouraging to see this type of project actually going forward here. Orleans Town Centre seems to be developing as the only such suburban centre in the city able to get things right.

CONSTRUCTION START ON TRACK

Shovel in the ground in Spring 2011!

"With an impressive record of sales in just a few short months, Celestia is on track for a construction start in the Spring" announced Tom Gallivan at a recent meeting with buyers. Watch for the construction fence to start going up before the end of November.

CONSTRUCTION START ON TRACK

"With an impressive record of sales in just a few short months, Celestia is on track for a construction start in the Spring" announced Tom Gallivan at a recent meeting with buyers. Watch for the construction fence to start going up before the end of November.

They have put some sort of wooden fence past the gravel parking lot (for Orleans Town Centre), which specifies the land that will be used for the condo.

It's unbelievable to me that someone would pay $618K to live in a condo in Orleans...but as one of the 2 of this size on this floor is sold, I guess SOMEONE will.

In my opinion it came out better than the original renderings. I like that this part of Orleans is at least TRYING lately.

I saw this on my way to visit some family members in Fallingbrooke for the first time the other day and also thought it looked pretty decent.
