Lebanese- Nuba (http://www.nuba.ca/) any location.

Israeli-Falafel Plus (http://vancouverkosher.ca/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=40&Itemid=64) Closed Saturdays, etc.

I'm told there's a fabulous Syrian place in the wilds of Burnaby somewhere.......:shrug:

yes, I LOVE nuba!

Falafel house - robson/seymore. seems to be on par with some of the falafel/shawarma spots in Toronto/Montreal/Halifax...

there is a place in crystal mall - could be the syrian place? there is a place in surrey on 172nd near that university which name escapes me at the minute

Abduls at crystal mall was terrible to say the least from my visit a couple months ago. quality went down hill fast at that spot.

so where the rest of the good shawarma spots ?

haven't been there since 2008 so it was good than - i think the owner changed
