Hello, does anyone have any updates or a project summary for stuff going on Alaska?

Here's a quick rundown of stuff i've found for Honolulu so far....

Approved:

1-Koolani >Set to begin construction this Fall
*400ft? 45 story luxury condominium

2-Lanikea >Construction begins in November
*300 ft - 100-unit, two-bedroom, fee simple condominium development

3-Hokua >Approved (I think construction begins next year)
*400 ft - 250-unit luxury condominium

4-Waikikian Tower
*38 stories

5-Kulana Hale Apartments II
*15-16 stories 162-units

6-Kapi'olani Akahi Continuing Care Retirement Community
*294 ft

Proposed:

1-Evershine Residential Project I: 46 story 350-unit towers

2-Evershine Residential Project II: 46 story 350-unit towers
*Sales to start early next year.

3-Crescent Heights Residential Project: 370-unit tower

4-Emerald Tower: 230-unit tower

5-Pacific Quay Office Tower (200,000 sq ft)

6-Pacific Quay Hotel Tower (250-unit)

7-Unnamed Project: 200-unit tower over looking Honolulu Harbor

8-Outrigger Beach Walk Hotel
*27 stories

9-Kakaako Project
*25 stories

10-800 Nu'uanu Avenue
*22-24 stories

11-World Trade Center Hawaii (2006?)
*400 ft

12-Housing and Community Development Corp. of Hawai'i's (residential complex for the elderly)
*21 stories - near the old O'ahu Railway & Land Terminal building

13-Downtown Affordables downtown residential condominium project
*23 stories - 251-unit tower

The guy Paulo from Honolulu which hardly ever comes to the forum is working on the Lanikea residential project in Waikiki, he messaged me recently saying that they added like 2 more floors to it:

man you guys are lucky, be sure to take those pictures for us and the Projects&Construction thread when you get there ;)

and yes, the alaska projects i can assure you are coming soon :yes:
