Work Lofts (by Brad Lamb Developments and Core Architects) is an underrated project in Toronto. The Flatiron Lofts will also look stunning too when complete, creating a striking combination of curves.

Queen Richmond Centre West (http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=52210) by Allied REIT is now under construction in the Entertainment District. In addition to converting a heritage warehouse into office space, the project will include an office tower constructed above the warehouse via giant x-beam supports which will feature as functional sculpture in the building's atrium lobby:

Apparently the developer of Thompson Residences has won its OMB case. This will now be 12 storeys on Stewart Street and 15 storeys on King Street. I can't find any construction pics as UT is down, but the crane has already been installed.
