I found a bunch of my old photos including roof tops from Place De Ville 'C'! I took these back then I was 19(when I first started posting on here) and I didn't have a good handle on the camera so pardon the crappyness.

Late 2004. I like this one a lot. The War Museum hasn't be been built and the Parkway still has it's old alginment as the current alignment is still a gravel path.

I just asked :) I emailed the property owner who got me through to the building super intendant who scheduled 20 minutes in which I could go up and take photos. He kept reminding me not to get to close to the edge and to stay 15 feet away.
