An old design and name of the building in Ekaterinburg are used at this site. Probably the hight is different as well. It is now named after a famous Russian singer Vysotsky. The name draws attention to the outstanding hight of the building (vysota means hight in Russian). Will you please check the official site of the building http://www.visotsky-e.ru/lookout/?lang=en and other sources to correct the data?
