Overlooked since 2007, please note that Courtyard Denver Cherry Creek, as below in the SP database

http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=67761

has had rebuilding/remodeling work done back in 2007, and now has 12 stories and not 11 stories, as a result of the rebuilding/remodeling work and reported in the links below

The 12-story hotel

states

On March 9, 2007, Allstar Electrical Services finished a 100% remodel of the 12-story Cherry Creek Hotel into what is now known as the Courtyard by Marriott. The project is located at 1475 S Colorado Blvd. in Denver, Colorado.

Also, a current pic of the building showing the additional floor

Also, the coordinates are:

39° 41’ 26.80” N 104° 56’ 31.00” W

With all of the above, I would imagine the corrections to be made here are that the building is now 12 stories instead of 11, and that this would make it a highrise instead of a lowrise, and adding the coordinates for mapping.

Thank you

:)
