Here is a drawing of the State Capitol Building in Hartford that I have been working on. The scale is 2:1

Great, but let's see it at 1:1; how it will work in the diagram.

Thanks knarfor, Buck and LMichigan!
Since originally posting the image, I have tweaked and uploaded the drawing about a dozen more times. With a few modifications, I have created a second drawing showing the north facade of the building. Both images are in the original post.
I have done some quick 50% reductions to see how it would look at 1:1. Not as bad as I thought. I might even reduce it section by section and prefab it in to the smaller drawing.

I never thought of reducing it in sections and then piecing them together. That's a great idea!

I normally draw in 1:1. Sometimes I may copy a small section into a new temporary drawing and then enlarge it. After I work on it, I reduce it and copy it back in.
I just added another view of the Connecticut State Capitol in the original post.

Yes, Tony, they are my drawings, thanks.
No, that's a joke :D Great drawing(s), Bill.
I like your idea to draw it from all sides.

Thanks Tony! Thanks Joern!
Joern, did you originally draw your Chateau frontenac in 2:1? If you did, I would like to see it with the CT Capitol.

No, it is larger, but I've made a 2:1-version of it. Here is the link:
