This will not be the tallest building in Africa. There is another building under construction in Nairobi which will be 70 meters taller according to the CTBUH.

The Pinnacle in Nairobi is currently On Hold, as for the Africa Bank tower construction already began so the ABT is the closest project to reality to become the tallest building in Africa.
