Better to post this in the Diagrams forum. To answer, nothing beyond MS Paint is needed, though some people use different programs for enhancement.

Hi there ech1368 & guys! Here let me tell you how to draw...
You can use any type of programme! And it is possible to use MS paint as well!
You heard of a guy Cliff Tan? His drawings are entirely on MS paint!
It just takes patience & time to do drawings.
For me if you have seen any of my drawings, I used CorelDRAW paint programme. It is good, it has many many functions like fountain fill, texture, 5 colour fills, sun direction & many more!
Here is what it looks like when you are in Corel paint, drawing the John Hancock Tower

&
also, here are some of the function it has...

If you want to draw the exact drawing like in real life, you should look at some pictures of that building you are drawing, like mine above, showing pictures of John Hancock Tower, located at the taskbar below.
Most important thing is never copy people's buildings, it is not a good thing to do. As that is cheating.
I think the best place to go & explore real life buildings is skyscrapers.com
I hope this help tip does its work for you.
Thank you!

To be able to submit diagrams(and gallery images) you need to sign up as a member: http://www.skyscraperpage.com/members/
Drawings you submit should be in transparent GIF format, and make sure they are the correct size (1 metre=1 pixel) so a 100m building would be 100 pixels tall.
Many programs can be used to draw digrams, MS Paint, Adode Photoshop, Corel Draw and even MS word!
I personally use MS paint as I find it much easier to use than the others.
