Editors are the only people who can add buildings and cities into the database. Please read these instructions in full before requesting a new building or city.
Rules of Requesting a Building or City
1.) If you are not planning to draw the building yourself please make a request for it to be drawn in the Drawing Requests Forum (http://skyscraperpage.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?forumid=81)
2.) Please give height information when you request a building. The height may either be official or estimated. If you are using an estimated height, say so.
3.) Please cite all sources if possible.
4.) When posting your request, if no information is available for the categories provided in the form, don't post those categories. This will make the process quicker and cleaner.
5.) Please use English as it is a common language to our Editors.
6.) Please keep the number of request to a reasonable number.
7.) Do not use all capitals when giving information. If you do, an editor may choose not to add your information as it takes longer.
Making a Request Thread
When making a building request thread, title it like so: "City - Name of Building." If adding multiple buildings, title it like so: "City - # of Buildings." For example, "New York City - Trump World Tower" or "New York City - 4 Buildings"
When making a city request thread, title it like "City Request: City Name, Country." For example, "City Request - New York City, United States"
