Interesting Facts/Records: The first modern building in Rome to break the 100 meter barrier. Just 7 meters shorter than the famous Pirelli-skyscraper in Milan. Facade in travertine, the classical roman stone used in many famous roman landmarks such as the Colosseum... . It will be a mixed use building : residential and offices ( Department of Health...). The luxury appartments will have "loggia's" and a magnificent view over Rome and the artificial lake of Eur. The building will have three sky-bridges with so-called "hanging gardens", these are not visble on the first renderings. Inside, the building will have the lastest technology for waste-managment and energy-saving. At the base will be a great plaza, bigger than Piazza Navona with artworks.... .
