The Maas Tower location was a Study to build a tower at the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam. First the plan was to build a 200 meter building but this was shorten down to 135 meter. This plan was also cancelled.
But now looks everyting very nice for the Maas Tower location. Deloitte want's to have a new head office in Rotterdam and has interest in de Maas Tower location. A complete new design from is underway and will be released soon. Skyscrapercity admin Jan who lives in Rotterdam said that the Maas Tower get a height of 161 meter.
For the people who can read Dutch and Tim B
Nu het ontwerp meer vorm begint te krijgen is de laatste stand van zaken dat de Maastoren 161 meter hoog wordt en maar liefst elf parkeerlagen krijgt, waarvan twee ondergronds en negen bovengronds.

So can the status be changed into "proposed" and the height into 161 meters?
Thanks for now and I update again wenn there is more news from Rotterdam. Because Rotterdam is more than a large habour.
