There is one high rise under counstruction in the Central West End neighborhood of St Louis. There is one that may start construction soon in the same neighborhood, and there are 3-5 other high rises proposed in the city.

The Park East is under construction, but nothing is mentioned in the diagrams section here. Can anyone take this on?
