Change the height of Terminus tower back to 600 ft w/ 31 floors.

I just found out today that Emporis is WRONG about its 467 ft height figure for terminus. It really is going to be 600 ft.

Below is my conversation w/ scania. Atlanta Development Thread.
Atlanta Developments (http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?postid=1616081#post1616081)

I'll also change Terminus to the 467 ft height Emporis has now.

This is wrong. The triangular top, which is not usable space is almost 140ft. This is going to make it 600ft

What about the new floor count by Emporis of just 25 floors compared to the origional 30 floor count published when the tower was first planned?

I understand, I asked the developer and was told that nothing had changed with the original plans. It was always 25 floors of office space and another 6 floors of the top which is not usable office space.

I'll change it here, but inquire about it on emporis.com and write the developer. 600' sounds FAR too high for a 30 story office building even with the expanded top floor plates.

Change the floor count to 31 floors. Thanks

And I'll try to email the developer to get their take on this tower. There has always been confusion on how tall this one will end up.
